So the catalogue is a sequence, not a wall. Four stages, eleven minutes, and one rule we hold ourselves to: if a product cannot earn a specific place in that order, it does not go on the shelf - however well it would sell.

Do the devices work on sensitive skin?
The silicone tools (cleansing brush, mask brush, ice roller) are the safest starting point - medical-grade silicone, no bristles to harbour bacteria. Start microcurrent and vacuum tools at the lowest setting, twice a week, and build from there. If you are on retinoids or acid treatments, skip the vacuum entirely.
What is actually in the 11 minutes?
Two minutes of steam, two of cleansing, one to press in serum, three of microcurrent along the jaw and under the eye, two of cold rolling, and one to finish. You can run stages 1 and 3 alone on a rushed night - that is most of the visible benefit.
Which plug do I get?
The steamer and both hair dryers ship in EU, UK and US plug variants - choose yours on the product page. Everything else is USB rechargeable and works anywhere.
